At the end of this week's episode of XIII.2 our favorite no-name spy was drugged and strapped into a decidedly scary looking chair. While being strapped in, he told his captors "this isn't real," and in response, Mr. Barnowsky said "it is as we say it is." Obviously XIII is a television show, but within the world of XIII how much of this crazy Tesla quest is real? Is he really roaming the globe or is XIII still in Paris having a terrible dream in a hospital?

A brand new teaser has arrived for Anchorman: The Legend Returns, and the bad news is that it's not that different than the two teasers released last year. We don't get any footage from the movies, instead, San Diego's best news team is featured on an empty stage, sharing their thoughts. The good news is that the insights they share are hilarious and make us voracious for more — much like Brian Fantana's Venom cologne, we suspect.

"Thoughtlessness breeds sabotage."
In the 1940s, there were plenty of films made regarding WWII and the duties and responsibilities of both civilians and soldiers during the war. There are plenty of examples of these instructional films, and the quality of these shorts vary greatly depending on who made it. Official U.S. Government War Department movies can get pretty dry, but when the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences makes a movie, it's usually pretty solid. Such is the case with the short "Safeguarding Military Information" from 1941. The movie depicts a variety of different ways that information given to a trusted civilian can find its way to the bad guys, and it's always bad news when it does.
