While she has declared she isn't working on Bridesmaids 2, Wiig has been selecting her next projects to shoot over the SNL hiatus this summer and has settled on two: a remake of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and The Comedian.
Starting in April, THR reports that Wiig will co-star with Ben Stiller in Walter Mitty, which Stiller will also direct. The remake has been in the works for years, and, at one point, had Mike Myers in the lead role.
Like the 1947 original, the movie will follow Stiller as a daydreaming magazine photo editor who finds himself wrapped up in an adventure when trying to find a missing negative. Wiig will play Stiller's co-worker and the girl of his dreams. more about both movies >> Posted 01.20.12 by Ryan
