Pop star Rihanna is obviously doing her best to keep cool this summer. Her newest strategy involves running around New York City in a see-through, sparkly bra top and a gauzy skirt. While the outfit was reasonable enough when worn with an oversize sweater, she apparently didn't keep the sweater on for long. Why suffer layers of clothing when you can streamline to underwear?

No Doubt has released the title of its upcoming album on the band's website. Push and Shove, set to release on September 25th, will be first new album from the band since 2001's Rock Steady. No Doubt will film the video for the first single, "Settle Down," later this week.

Alyson Hannigan revealed yesterday that the baby she had back on May 23rd is a girl named Keeva Jane. The How I Met Your Mother star also tweeted a picture of the new baby's tiny little hand. This is the second child for Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof, who have a three-year-old daughter named Satyana Marie.

After a nearly two-year separation, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are calling it quits. Arquette filed divorce papers on June 8th and cited irreconcilable differences. The couple, who starred together in the Scream franchise, married in 1999 and announced their separation in October of 2010.

Apparently, it's not just the Cox-Arquettes who can't work things out. In Austria, a pair of giant tortoises, who are both over 100 years old, have decided they can't be together anymore. The couple, Bibi and Poldi, lived together for 36 years at Happ's Reptilienzoo and recently seem to have decided they can't stand one another. The two were separated by zookeepers after the female, Bibi, attacked Poldi and took a piece of his shell.

Former mobster Henry Hill died on Tuesday in an L.A. hospital at the age of 69. The movie Goodfellas was based on Hill's life story. Though he was a mobster legend, he prided himself on reforming later in life and spent his last few years mending broken relationships with his family.

Charlie Sheen was alternately booed and cheered last night in Toronto by raging drunk fans who made him look like "Mr. Rogers" by comparison. Sheen revealed his best friends, in order, are Sean Penn, Nic Cage and father Martin Sheen, and that Jennifer Grey was the first celebrity he ever "banged." Sheen and Grey co-starred in 1984's Red Dawn.
Meanwhile, Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller, despite monthly $55K payments from the former TV star, was spotted trying to hock a watch at a pawn shop and, apparently, making frantic calls to friends for drug-free urine in what they believe is Mueller hitting rock bottom.

After separately going on nationwide talk shows to spill about their Disney World vacay, Courteney Cox and David Arquette appeared together on Howard Stern's show and Cox aired a possible reason for the separation, saying, "Whenever I would need consoling from David, he could not literally put his arm around me for one second without completely getting a boner."

In Scream 4, fans aren't just getting the surviving cast members of the original trilogy — Neve Campbell, Courteny Cox, and David Arquette — but a whole new cast of newcomers headlined by Hayden Panettiere and Emma Roberts. While attending the red carpet premiere of the highly-anticipated sequel, Panettiere admitted to The LA Times that there was a little pressure in entering a franchise that began in 1996.
You do have to have a respect for the fact that it's something that's so established, that it's a family that's been created over the past 15 years. But [the old cast] were so nice and so welcoming and so cool about it that you didn't really feel that "Oh my God, don't mess up, you gotta come in with your stuff together."
Roberts, meanwhile, told The Huffington Post that bringing in a cast of younger actors for Scream 4 was a "smart idea" for the franchise.
Especially such great people like Hayden Panettiere and Rory Culkin. And all the young people are really great choices for the roles, like people that I would have imagined in the part while I was reading the script. That's gonna help bring in a younger audience. Also technology has changed so much since the original Scream. There's so much more ways to talk to people and stalk people. I think that's definitely incorporated in this new Scream.
Campbell, Cox, and Arquette were thrilled to come back and work together alongside much of the same crew as the original trilogy. The three actors, along with franchise director Wes Craven discussed what it was like to return in a behind the scenes video from Yahoo!.

The first full-length trailer for Scream 4 was the last footage released for director Wes Craven's latest installment in the Scream franchise.
Since then, Craven has been shooting additional footage, leaving fans to feast on photos and a posters while waiting for new footage from the highly anticipated sequel.
Finally, three new clips have arrived for Scream 4, which, while they lack any sign of Ghostface, show franchise stars Neve Campbell, Courteny Cox, and David Arquette interacting with the "fresh meat" of new cast members.

In October, immediately after the news of his separation from Courtney Cox, Arquette told Stern, along with his millions of listeners, that he cheated on Cox (with 28-year-old bartender Jasmine Waltz). But yesterday's interview marked a new low, with Arquette's behavior prompting Stern to sincerely ask, "Are you having a nervous breakdown?"

Winona Ryder knew Mel Gibson was a drunk, homophobic anti-Semite years before the rest of us. In an interview with GQ, Ryder says that 15 years ago she was at a Hollywood party with a gay friend, and bumped into a "very drunk" Gibson, who told a "really horrible" gay joke, and when Ryder's Judaism came up he "said something about 'oven dodgers.'"
Gibson's hand-puppet comedy The Beaver got a release date late yesterday. The movie, originally scheduled to be part of this year's Oscars race, will now open in limited release Wednesday, March 23, before expanding on April 8.

Photos from the upcoming Scream 4, including a pic of the entire cast, turned up in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly. Besides returning franchise stars Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox, and David Arquette, director Wes Craven also returned to helm the horror franchise, and told ShockTillYouDrop that, like the previous Scream movies, Scream 4 will continue to comment on horror movie rules.
I think it has echoes to the first [film]. There’s been a whole decade of horror films that in one way or another followed a certain pattern. Like you had torture porn, [and] a ton of remakes. The first [Scream] was very much observing where horror had been for the last 10 to 20 years. And this is very much looking at where horror has been for the last 10 years. There’s always somebody trying to figure out what the rules are to keep from getting killed.
