British action director Simon West's new movie, The Expendables 2, opened nationwide today, but before he aimed his camera lens at Sly, Schwarz, Willis and the rest of the boys, West reunited with Nicolas Cage — who starred in West's very first movie, Con Air — on Stolen (formerly Medallion).
Cage stars as Will Montgomery, an accomplished bank robber who eventually gets caught and ends up spending eight years in prison. After being released, he goes to visit his daughter Alison (Sami Gayle), only to discover that she wants nothing to do with him. Alison may not want her dad in her life, but she needs him and his particular set of skills (apologies to Liam Neeson) when Will's old partner (Josh Lucas) kidnaps her and demands a $10 million ransom. When the cops won't help, Will is forced to do the only thing he can do to save his daughter — rob another bank.
