Three Preview Clips from Shark Night 3D

Lakes shouldn't have sharks in them, but that's just part of the surprise The Final Destination director David R. Ellis has up his sleeve for the upcoming horror movie Shark Night 3D.
Starring Sara Paxton as a college student who joins her friends for a weekend at a lake house in the Louisiana Gulf where, somehow, sharks have made their way into the salt-water lake, Shark Night 3D's other surprise is that, of the three preview clips recently released by Relativity Media, only one is set at night. While Shark Day 3D might have been a more appropriate title, it certainly would have been more difficult to justify all the bikinis if every scene was set in the dark.
In the first preview clip, released to MTV, star football player (and excellent wakeboarder) Malik (Sinqua Walls) is the first of the friends to get attacked by a shark, during an innocent, daylight boat ride around the lake.
In the second clip, released to ComingSoon, Paxton has been trapped inside a shark cage, and Nick (Dustin Milligan) attempts to rescue her not only from the shark, but her captor as well.
The third clip, released to Yahoo, finally offers a glimpse of night as Beth (Katharine McPhee) is tricked into learning what a shark's diet is by becoming the bait.
Shark Night 3D opens September 2, and co-stars Alyssa Diaz (Red Dawn), Chris Zylka (Piranha 3DD, Amazing Spider-Man), and Joel David Moore (Hatchet, Avatar).
