International Poster and New TV Spot for Shawn Levy's Real Steel

After playing second fiddle to the robots on the first posters for director Shawn Levy's (Date Night) new movie, Real Steel, Hugh Jackman finally got to show his face on the last two posters that were released. Now, a Brazilian poster for the sci-fi sports drams has been released that gives Jackman the most "face time" yet, with the Aussie actor's mug covering nearly half of the poster. Jackman's face also graces the cover of this month's F*** magazine, which ran a feature on the movie.
Based on Richard Matheson's 1956 short story "Steel," the movie follows Charlie Kenton (Jackman), a former professional boxer who is forced to become a promoter when robots take over the sport. Down on his luck, with few options left to him, Charlie sees a chance to turn things around, both career-wise and in his relationship with his estranged son (Dakota Goyo), when the junk-heap robot he has been training actually starts to win some fights. Evangeline Lilly, Kevin Durand, Anthony Mackie, Hope Davis, James Rebhorn and Olga Fonda also star.
In addition to the new poster and the magazine cover, Real Steel is also being promoted with a new TV spot. There doesn't appear to be any new footage in the spot, but it does explain for the first time why the junked robot is so good: it has a "shadow function" that allows it to mimic Charlie's fight moves.
