Jessica Chastain has starred in a variety of movies already this year from the spy thriller, The Debt, to the heavy drama of The Tree of Life, just to name a few (there were five others just this year). In September, Chastain forged ahead with yet another role, landing one of the two leading female roles in the upcoming sci-fi epic Horizons, opposite Tom Cruise. She could also end up playing the late Princess Diana in an upcoming biopic as well.
Thompson on Hollywood reports that one of the projects that might move forward after being announced at the American Film Market is Caught in Flight, which would see Chastain as Diana in a story described as "love story between a princess locked in a tower and an ordinary man". The story is based on the secret love affair between Diana and heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Kahn and reportedly portrays Diana as a "damaged person who stalks the doctor after he ends the affair".
The script for Caught in Flight was written by Stephen Jeffreys (The Libertine) with German director Oliver Hirschbiegel (Five Minutes of Heaven). Should everything move forward, production begins in the spring of next year.

THR reports that Sewell has been cast as Sammael in the upcoming adaptation of Paradise Lost. Sewell's character is the partisan of Lucifer (played by Bradley Cooper) who urges him to start a rebellion in Heaven. Based on the John Milton's 17-century poem about a war between angels in Heaven.
Sewell joins a cast that already includes Casey Affleck as the angel Gabriel, Dominic Purcell (Prison Break, Killer Elite) as the angel Jerahmeel (who falls in with Lucifer), Benjamin Walker as the chief archangel Michael, Diego Boneta and Camilla Belle as Adam and Eve, respectively, and Djimon Hounsou as Abdiel, the angel of death.
Paradise Lost will start this fall in Australia under the direction of Alex Proyas (The Crow), and isn't likely to hit theaters until 2013.
Sony Pictures Animation have added another voice to its upcoming 3-D, animated comedy, Hotel Transylvania with the addition of Miley Cyrus.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Cyrus will provide the voice of Mavis, the teenage, vampire daughter of Dracula, voiced by Adam Sandler. In the movie Dracula has opened a hotel for monsters and their families in order to keep his daughter from venturing into the real world until a human named Jonathan (Andy Samberg) ends up at the hotel.
