The Muppets Soundtrack Available Today, Miss Piggy Reveals She Is a World-Class Impressionist

The soundtrack for The Muppet Movie was nominated for an Oscar, as was the song "The Rainbow Connection," but is the score for The Muppets bound for the same type of critical acclaim?
It seems like it should be a strong contender. Bret McKenzie, from the Grammy-winning duo Flight of the Conchords, wrote three songs for the new movie, and it includes a special appearance by Feist, as well as an a capella Nirvana cover. What's not to love?
The soundtrack was released today, but for fans who aren't sure if they want to purchase the album, there is a preview available. From what we've heard, a rock ballad featuring Jason Segel on vocals sounds like Oscar gold to us.
In a recent interview with Moviefone to promote The Muppets, Amy Adams, Jason Segel, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy started talking about imitating other people's laughs. The focus turns on to Fozzie's laugh at which point Piggy informs everyone about her spot-on Fozzie impression. Even though we know how Muppets work, and we understand that great voice actors like Eric Jacobson voice more than one Muppet, it is crazy to see Piggy doing a Fozzie impersonation.
