This Means War: Romantic Action-Comedy Moved Up to Valentine's Day Opening

Twentieth Century Fox has moved up the release of director McG's (Terminator Salvation) new movie, This Means War, to Valentine's Day in the hopes of luring in those moviegoing romantics who like a little action with their rom-coms.
The movie, written by Tim Dowling (Role Models) and Simon Kinberg (Sherlock Holmes), stars Chris Pine (Star Trek) and Tom Hardy (upcoming The Dark Knight Rises) as best friends working together for the CIA who decide to let the woman (Reese Witherspoon) they are both in love with decide which one of them she will date. Of course, neither is truly willing to admit defeat — or play fair — so they turn their talents as spies toward making the other suitor look as bad as possible. Chelsea Handler, Abigail Spencer, David Koechner, Til Schweiger and Angela Bassett also star.
