The last time Agent J (Will Smith) had to save his friend and mentor, Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones), it was merely from living a life of quiet obscurity as a neuralyzed civilian postmaster in a small town in Massuchesetts in Men in Black II. In the upcoming sequel, Men in Black III, the stakes are much higher, with both K's life and the very existence of the MIB organization on the line, requiring J to travel back in time to save the day.
We've already seen several images of what K looks like back in 1969 — he looks just like Josh Brolin! — and now, thanks to Russian entertainment site StarkIndustries.ru, we have a chance to see what the aliens looked like back then, as well (apparently, B movies of the '50s and '60s got it right). We also get to see a slightly more alien-looking Jemaine Clement as the villainous Yaz.
Men in Black III was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, director both previous MIB movies, from a script written by Etan Cohen (Tropic Thunder), David Koepp (Jurassic Park), Jeff Nathanson (Rush Hour 3) and Michael Soccio (TV's The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air). The cast includes Alice Eve, Emma Thompson, Michael Stuhlbarg, Sacha Baron Cohen, Betty White and Nicole Scherzinger.
