Miley Cyrus has a new tattoo on her forearm, and it was inspired by a somewhat unlikely source. The tattoo reads "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat," and is a quote from a speech by the 26th President, Theodore Roosevelt. Reid, was simply that the contestant's performance was "just horrible."
