Jeremy Renner Runs on Rooftops in New Bourne Legacy Clip

During the San Diego Comic-Con, Matt Damon gave his seal of approval for the upcoming The Bourne Legacy, which will star Jeremy Renner as similarly-trained operative Aaron Cross instead of Damon as Bourne. "I think the movie will be really good," Damon told E! Online. "[Writer-director] Tony [Gilroy] is really smart, he's a really good writer and a really good director and I'm sure he made a good movie. The question will be if they can franchise that movie, because if they can, then they'll be done with me. They'll just keep making those."
Set after the events of 2007's The Bourne Ultimatum, Renner's Cross goes on the run after the CIA closes down Operation Outcome, the successor to Operation Treadstone (the program that trained Bourne in the original trilogy). Cross is tasked with protecting an Outcome scientist (played by Rachel Weisz) as he is hunted down by CIA agent Byer (Edward Norton). In the clip, Renner literally runs across rooftops to get away from the cops and rescue Weisz. Damon has said that he thinks Renner will be "terrific" in the movie, but you can judge for yourself by watching the clip.
The Bourne Legacy was written by Tony and Dan Gilroy and directed by Tony. Albert Finney will reprise his Bourne Ultimatum role as Operation Treadstone's behavior-modification expert Dr. Albert Hirsch, while Joan Allen will return as FBI Agent Pamela Landy, the role she played in Ultimatum and The Bourne Supremacy. The cast also includes Oscar Isaac (Robin Hood, Sucker Punch) as brainwashed assassin "Number 3."
