New Skyfall Trailers Loaded with Javier Bardem and Story

Didn't get enough 007 with James Bond's (Daniel Craig) cameo at the London Olympics Opening Ceremonies and with yesterday's quasi-new trailer (which contained much of the same footage from the previous trailer)? No? We didn't get enough either so we were more than delighted to see not one but two new trailers had dropped for the 23rd James Bond flick.
Unlike the previous trailers, this trailer doesn't hold back in showing what's in store for 007 this time around. Up until now, all we knew about Skyfall was from the encrypted synopsis that only told us that Bond's "loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her." Well, now we see how that loyalty is tested as Bond is (accidentally?) shot after M gives the orders for the hit. And that whole "her past comes back to haunt her?" Apparently M lost a hard drive containing data of all undercover M16 agents. Doesn't M know you should always backup your computer? We also get our first real look at Ben Whishaw, as a youthful Q, who supplies 007, among other things, a 9mm that is coded to Bond's palm print so only he can fire it. And in this trailer we finally get to see Javier Bardem in action as bad guy Silva. We'll let you decide for yourself if Bardem can pull off the bleached blonde look.

The international trailer contains much of the same footage but includes a bit more of Bardem.
Skyfall was directed by Sam Mendes (Revolutionary Road), from a script written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and John Logan. The cast includes Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Albert Finney, Helen McCrory, Rory Kinnear, and Bérénice Marlohe.
