Jurassic Park's T-Rex in the Cage with Neo from The Matrix

Tonight, Reelz is airing Jurassic Park 3, and on Thursday, The Matrix: Revolutions is the ReelzChannel Primetime Movie. With these two action classics airing in the same week, we thought we'd investigate what would happen if the T-Rex went into the octagon with Neo.
The Rules: There needs to be an extra-large octagon to accommodate the T-Rex's considerable size, but once they're in the cage, there are no limits.
Neo's Biggest Strength: His flying skills along with having enough physical power to crush a building would make even Superman jealous. Definitely an advantage over the giant dinosaur.
Other Strengths: The ability to stay really, really still will be helpful, and that awesome black duster will come in handy, too.
Greatest Weakness: If he relies on that leaning back and moving really fast thing, it will probably do more harm than good and wouldn't be an effective strategy against a giant like the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
T-Rex' Biggest Strength: Being one of the largest terrestrial carnivores of all time will probably serve to be a significant advantage in the cage.
Other Strengths: Coming in at 15 feet tall, 40 feet long and weighing about six tons gives him quite an edge over the 6'1" hundred-and-some-pound Neo. The six inch long, razor-sharp, serrated teeth may come in handy.
Greatest Weakness: He may be big and tall, but he doesn't have much reach with those tiny arms. We could easily see him swatting away futilely at Neo for a long while.
Now it's time to decide. Tell us who wins the fight.
