The Players: Zoe Kravitz (X-Men: First Class) stars as Sweetness, one of two daughters of a dysfunctional mixed-race family living in Queens. With an angry drunk of a father (Jason Clarke) and a neglectful, mentally ill mother (Yolanda Ross), Sweetness and her sister (Antonique Smith) are too often left to fend for themselves. When a neighborhood bully (Gabourey Sidibe) starts harassing Sweetness, she decides to change her life and gets mixed up in the drug business.
