Teaser for V/H/S Sequel and Sundance Favorite S-V/H/S Arrives Online

The annual horror anthology is back to instill more devastating terror (and possible motion sickness).
Last Halloween, we recommended that the "found footage" horror anthology V/H/S be added to your horror movie watching list for the month just as it was about to debut in theaters in limited release. A sequel was announced as being in the works in November and, already has made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival.
According to one critic, S-V/H/S is "an incredible, exciting step forward" from the original, while another exclaimed that the sequel was a "leaner, but totally crazier, gorier, scarier, wilder, funnier follow-up."

Like the original, S-V/H/S will focus on a series of video tapes, this time found by a pair of private investigators searching for a missing girl. The sequel was directed by a group of franchise newcomers, including Jason Eisener (Hobo With A Shotgun), Gareth Evans (The Raid: Redemption), Timo Tjahjanto (Macabre), Eduardo Sánchez and Gregg Hale (director and producer of The Blair Witch Project, respectively), and franchise returnees Simon Barrett and Adam Wingard (screenwriter and director of You're Next respectively). Check out the teaser trailer below.
Currently, there is no official release date for S-V/H/S, but we expect that the sequel will likely arrive on VOD and in limited release sometime around September or October.
