Latest Trailer for Oblivion Starring Tom Cruise Reveals More Conspiracy

"They lied to you. It's time to learn the truth."
From the onset, the upcoming sci-fi movie Oblivion, it seemed that Tom Cruise was starring in a WALL-E-inspired, solitary story about a man who repairs damaged drones on an uninhabited earth with just a hint of a larger conspiracy in the distance — hinted at by a shadowy, cigar-smoking Morgan Freeman.
"I think the trailer does a good job at hinting that the film does have a number of twists and turns and there are hard questions being asked and there is a character who is under pressure," director Joseph Kosinski (Tron: Legacy) said of the movie's first trailer to MTV last December. "But I don't really want to say much more than that as to what the plot of the movie is."
Instead, more pieces to the puzzle are revealed in Oblivion's latest trailer, which reveals more of Freeman's message of conspiracy as well as more of
the crash landing of Olga Kurylenko (Quantum of Solace), who arrives on Earth and has a history with Cruise's character and might be the key to him remembering the truth.
Oblivion was based on Kosinski's upcoming graphic novel of the same name which was initially adapted by William Monahan (The Departed) and Karl Gadjusek (Trespass) before Arndt took over. The cast includes Andrea Riseborough (W.E.) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (HBO's Game of Thrones).
