A Look at Life in the '40s: Learn the Importance of WWII Rationing with "Prices Unlimited"

One significant challenge faced on the World War II home front was rationing. In order to convince people of the importance and necessity of price ceilings and ration points, Universal Pictures produced a short film entitled "Prices Unlimited" for the U.S. Office of Price Administration. While we understand the information and ideas in the flick, we're a little confused by the dream sequence. Are the girls having a shared dream? Are they just having similar dreams? Is only one of them having this dream? We're not sure, but we sure do love their fabulous hats.
