Don’t miss the two all-new episodes airing next Wednesday starting at 9p ET/ 9p PT for more sparkle and cool Hollywood memorabilia and check the schedule for more chances to watch. Something tells us we may have a few more items to add to our list. We take our hat off to you Yossi, we really do.
5. A Baby Ewok Head
The baby Ewok head makes number five on the list, making it the least weird item out of the five — yeah, we know. If you saw the episode the head featured in, you’ll remember it also prompted Aria into doing her best Chewbacca impression, which only served to increase its strangeness. Not that we didn’t love her effort. While John, the man who bought in the head to sell, wanted $5,000, Cory offered him $3,000 which he took. We’re sure this is a great find for any Star Wars fan but we just can't get passed the creepy. And $3,000 for it? Who knew?
4. A Cat Named Fluffy (Mini Mr. Bigglesworth)
Fluffy the hairless cat (see what was done there), an Austin Powers prop, is slightly weirder than the Ewok head and makes number four. Combined with his owner, Arlene, who seems to embody the very definition of kookie and Cory’s comment: “Ew, it feels real,” Fluffy really is a very weird item indeed. Arlene wanted $5,000, a price which Yossi said “was cwazier than she is”. Craz-ier? Well, anyway surprisingly Fluffy wasn’t sold. Maybe next time?
3. John Wayne's Head
John Wayne’s head (his wax head, that is) makes number three. There was nothing not-weird about this item. Looking very close to what could be John Wayne’s severed head we couldn’t see anyone not being creeped out by it. And then there was the real human hair, including the eyelashes. No thank you. Its owners, Steve and Andrea, wanted $100,000 but with no certificate of authenticity or even a movie connection (and who wants a random head lying around?) it shockingly did not sell. Yossi did get top marks for his flawless poker face though.
2. Alfred Hitchcock's Shrunken Head
Hitchcock’s sunken head from Under Capricorn is our almost-weirdest item. Immediate thought: please get that thing far away and please can we never ever actually see it in real-life? Apparently, however, Brian, a movie collector, did not feel the same way. At all. In fact he purchased it for $12,000. Now that in itself is very odd indeed.
1. 40-Year Old Virgin Bed Sheets
Bed sheets are the strangest item to be featured on the show. Bed sheets you say? While bed sheets may not sound like a particularly weird item, the Marilyn Monroe wanna-be (but sadly failing) who bought them in wanted $3,000 for them. They were supposedly no ordinary bed sheets, but from the set of the 40-Year-Old Virgin. However with no proof and some questionable looking hair included as an added extra, Cory and Yossi did not make a deal.
