So what's the deal with Captivity, you might be asking?
For a low budget horror movie, there's been a lot of hoopla surrounding this co-venture from After Dark Films and Lionsgate Films. There were the banned billboards a few months back, the screening for women's lib groups, an S & M party and reshoots to make it even more over the top.
Through it all, one thing that hasn't been publicized is whether the movie is actually any good. The primary reason? No one's seen the thing yet.
