New Poster and Red-Band Trailer for Let Me In

While the recent news from this year's San Diego Comic-Con has concentrated mostly on comic book movies, director Matt Reeves and his suburban vampire tale Let Me In also made an appearance at the convention. Based on the Swedish movie, Let the Right One In, Let Me In takes childhood loneliness and mixes it with the undead and setting the story in America. Kodi Smit-McPhee plays Owen, a lonely and bullied boy who befriends the young girl who has moved in next door (Chloe Moretz), and who also happens to be a vampire.
During the Let Me In panel, Moretz admitted she still hasn't watched all of the Swedish original. "My mom won't let me watch the whole film," said the young actress. Moretz was allowed to watch several clips from the movie as they were shown during the panel, however, and while those haven't made it online yet, a bloody new poster and a new domestic trailer have.
For those that want to see more, a red-band trailer has arrived as well, with an additional 8 seconds of footage and other footage flecked with blood for some added intensity. Warning Twilight fans: if the fairly tame teaser trailer for Paranormal Activity 2 was considered too intense for some Twilight Saga: Eclipse audiences, you may want to think twice about watching a vampire act like a vampire. Otherwise, watch the red band trailer here.
