With Resident Evil: Afterlife's release date fast approaching, Sony Screen Gems has released four clips of the movie to remind audiences that the upcoming sequel will soon be stealing all the 3-D screens currently being used by Piranha 3D and the re-release of Avatar. The first clip shows Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter landing their plane on a Los Angeles rooftop to meet Boris Kodjoe, Kim Coates, and other survivors.
We then see Jovovich and an endless supply of bullets take on the agents of the evil Umbrella Corporation.
We then have Jovovich again in super-heroine-mode, as she leaps from the top of the building she landed a plane on earlier while being chased by hundreds of zombies.
And we end with Larter going solo against the Executioner, a character taken directly from the video game Resident Evil 5.
Resident Evil: Afterlife was written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and opens September 10. Wentworth Miller and Shawn Roberts also star.
