It's not often that a sequel arrives 23 years after the original, but Oliver Stone's upcoming Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is a rare exception. With Michael Douglas returning in his Academy-Award winning role of greed-touting Gordon Gecko, it seems inevitable that the sequel would explore the current economic crisis, and the latest clips from the movie seem to suggest that's true. In the first clip, Shia LaBeouf, who plays the fiance to Douglas' daughter (Carey Mulligan), asks his boss (Frank Langella) whether their company is falling apart.
In the next clip, Douglas speaks to his old rival (Josh Brolin), about the upcoming financial doom.
