Marvel "Discussing" Black Widow Spin-Off

Before Iron Man 2 was released, Scarlett Johansson revealed that she would like her own Black Widow movie after The Avengers is released. Marvel president of production Kevin Feige agreed, adding that Johansson would likely get a spin-off "should we be lucky enough to have an audience that wants to see" it.
Well, after Iron Man 2's $621 million haul at the worldwide box office, it seems like an audience is available. Feige told SuperHeroHype that Marvel and Johansson are "discussing" a Black Widow movie.
We've already started discussions with Scarlett about the idea of a solo movie and have begun putting together concepts, but The Avengers comes first.
The Avengers won't go into production until February 2011, but Marvel is already planning future movies. An adaptation of Runaways will begin production in March of next year, while screenwriters have been hired for both Iron Fist and as well as Dr. Strange movies. Looks like Black Widow could be next to hire a writer.
