New X-Men: First Class Photo, Logo, and January Jones Discusses Her Emma Frost Outfits

The first trailer for director Matthew Vaughn's upcoming adaptation of X-Men: First Class is set to debut Thursday on Facebook, so, in the meantime, 20th Century Fox has released a new photo and logo for the X-Men prequel.
The photo depicts the back of Magneto (Michael Fassbender) as he walks into a dark, ominous chamber, while the logo is a fuller version of the teaser poster that was released last month. Clearly, it's time to see that trailer.
The prequel takes mutantdom back to the 1960s and the early days of Magneto and Professor X (James McAvoy), when neither were in a wheelchair, had full heads of hair, and were the best of friends. A variety of other mutants are there to witness the rift begin, including Emma Frost (January Jones), a powerful telepath with the ability to turn her skin into diamond form, a key power to have when one is, typically, scantily dressed. In an interview with MTV, Jones discussed her outfits in First Class, and her fondness for capes.
Jones admitted that she's often in the "sparkly bikini-top thing" outfit depicted in the first cast photo of the movie that was leaked online.
I really like [the one in the leaked photo] because I really like the cape. It was really great. I didn’t get to wear the cape as much as I wanted to because the CGI when I turn into diamonds was difficult. But, there’s nothing like a cape that makes you feel really tough.
It won't be her only outfit, however. "I have a lot of very interesting costumes in that movie," Jones admitted. "I have a lot of boots, I have a lot of leather. A lot of sparkly stuff. A lot of big hair." Jones added: "Comic [book] boys should be happy."
Like we said, it's time for that trailer already.
