Juno Temple Joins The Dark Knight Rises; Joseph Gordon-Levitt Confirmed

Joseph Gordon-Levitt was reported as being in talks to reunite with director Christopher Nolan in The Dark Knight Rises. Now, he's confirmed.
Variety reports that Gordon-Levitt is now confirmed as being cast in the movie, though there is still no word on what role the actor is playing. Gordon-Levitt has been rumored to play almost every character in the Batman universe, from the Riddler to Robin to Alberto Falcone, and the Variety report reopens the Deadshot rumor as well. Expect further speculation until Gordon-Levitt's role is officially announced.
Joining the Gordon-Levitt is Juno Temple (Greenberg) who is reportedly joining as a "street-smart Gotham girl." That could mean an entirely new character or, perhaps, another character from the DC Universe (countdown to those Robin rumors returning begins now).
Gordon-Levitt will also reunite with his Inception co-star Tom Hardy, who is cast as the villain Bane. Jonathan Nolan wrote the script for The Dark Knight Rises, which starts production in May. Anne Hathaway is set to play Catwoman and Marion Cotillard is rumored to be playing Talia Al Ghul, the daughter of villain Ra's Al Gul, played by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins. Morgan Freeman, Sir Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Christian Bale will reprise their roles from the previous Batman movies.
