The first trailer for writer-director Paul Scheuring's (A Man Apart) new movie, The Experiment, is now online and it is gripping. A remake of the German Das Experiment, which was based on a real-life experiment conducted at Stanford University in 1971, has test subjects isolated in a mock-prison environment where they take on the roles of either prisoners or guards.
Academy Award-winning actors Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker play test subjects on opposite sides of the experiment, who quickly find themselves at odds in an experiment that is spiraling out of control. The Experiment also stars Maggie Grace, Cam Gigandent and Clifton Collins Jr.
