The Dr. Seuss-inspired animated family flick Horton Hears a Who! dominated the box office this weekend, easily grabbing the top spot with a $45.1 million tally. Caveman action/adventure 10,000 B.C. placed a distant second, earning $16.4 million in its second week of release. Placing third with an $8.6 take was the Bloodsport ripoff MMA flick Never Back Down, followed by College Road Trip at $7.9 million. Rounding out the top five was the surprisingly resilient Vantage Point, which earned a respectable $5.4 million in its fourth week in release.
