Only a day remains before The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the third installment of the Narnia movies, opens in theaters, so a new clip of the movie has been released. Dawn Treader follows the two youngest Pevensie children — Lucy (Georgie Henley) and Edmund (Skandar Keynes) — as they return to Narnia to help Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) on a mysterious mission to the Lone Islands alongside the warrior mouse Reepicheep (Simon Pegg) and their annoying cousin Eustace (Will Poulter). It's Reepicheep that saves the day in the latest clip, as he takes on a dragon that attacks the ship.

Several new posters have been released for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the third installment in the Chronicles of Narnia franchise, based on the books by C.S. Lewis. In a departure from the previous movies (and books), Dawn Treader focuses on the two younger Pevensie children — Lucy (Georgie Henley) and Edmund (Skandar Keynes) — as they head back to Narnia along with their cousin Eustace (Will Poulter) to help Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) and the warrior mouse Reepicheep (Simon Pegg) on a mysterious mission to the Lone Islands.

December 10 will see the release of the third installment of the Chronicles of Narnia franchise, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. This time around, the two younger Pevensie children — Lucy (Georgie Henley) and Edmund (Skandar Keynes) — head back to Narnia along with their cousin Eustace (Will Poulter) to help Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) on a mysterious mission to the Lone Islands. The latest clip shows a duel between Eustace and warrior mouse Reepicheep, who is voiced by Simon Pegg (replacing Eddie Izzard) on board the Dawn Treader.

The adventure continues for the Pevensie children in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, minus elder siblings Peter (William Moseley) and Susan (Anna Popplewell). Instead, the younger Pevensie siblings — Lucy (Georgie Henley) and Edmund (Skandar Keynes) — head back to Narnia along with their cousin Eustace (Will Poulter) to help Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) save the magical land. Liam Neeson returns to voice Aslan, while Simon Pegg takes over the voice duties for warrior mouse Reepicheep from Eddie Izzard.

ComingSoon released an international trailer for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the third in the Narnia franchise. The third installment of The Chronicles of Narnia series will hit screens later this fall. Plenty of fan buzz is already making it likely that The Voyage of the Dawn Treader will certainly not disappoint. Directed by Michael Apted (Amazing Grace), Dawn Treader will arrive in 3-D in December.
We spoke to Paul from Narnia Fans and asked him to give us a perspective on Dawn Treader and where it stands with the previous two movies from the beloved Narnia series of books by C.S. Lewis.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, the first Narnia movie to be shown in both 3-D and 2-D, opens in theaters on December 10. It's also the first Narnia move to be directed by Michael Apted (The World Is Not Enough).
In the first of three new clips, we see Lucy (Georgie Henley), Edmund (Skandar Keynes), and newcomer Eustace (Will Poulter) arguing in front of a picture of a ship, which soon floods the room in true fantasy style. In the second clip, you can see young Eustace tumbling into a treasure trove, while Edmund and a bearded Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) try to find him. Meanwhile, Lucy is on the Dawn Treader ship, and sees an unusual volcano-like fire in the distance. The third and final clip shows Caspian, Edmund, Lucy, Eustace, and warrior mouse Reepicheep (voiced by Simon Pegg) rowing through a sea of lilies, on their way to Aslan's country.
