Of all the actors to have ever played a vegetarian vampire, a corrupt journalist, a circus veterinarian, and a Hufflepuff House Triwizard Champion, birthday boy Robert Pattinson has to be our absolute favorite. In honor of his big day, we decided to indulge in an RPattz-Stare Supercut made by Film.com. That fella sure does know how to serve up a stare, whether it be sultry and seductive, full of disgust or the physical manifestation of a bitter inner conflict. Hopefully he's able to lighten things up today and simply enjoy a birthday celebration.

Water for Elephants just opened in the U.K. and the upcoming British edition of Glamour magazine features a photo gallery as well as an interview with Elephants star Robert Pattinson. The interviewer asked RPatts about last weekend's royal wedding and this is what he had to say:
I was in Paris working and I was doing these interviews and the TV was behind the interviewer so I was watching it. I was surprised how interesting I thought it was. It was nice to see everyone look so happy in England. Because everyone normally looks so miserable walking down the street and you see everyone waving their flags. It looks very sweet.

Reese Witherspoon better watch her back. The actress can be seen getting pretty close with her Water for Elephants co-star Robert Pattinson for some portraits for EW.
The two, in character wearing 1930s period outfits, pose together and with the biggest star of the movie — Tai, the Asian elephant, which Pattinson said to Vanity Fair was his favorite co-star of the movie.
Witherspoon and Pattinson grace the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly.
According to Pattinson, he would feel right at home during that time in history.
That was the other thing about Water for Elephants. There was something about the posture of the '30s, something that I felt my body could fit into — it was quite languid, which I find easier. I think modern-day things generally, I don't understand. I can watch actors move and there's something, there's some kind of snappy thing to it and I don't... I'm not snappy. There is a lack of snappiness.

The first trailer for Water for Elephants debuted last month, showing the first footage of director Francis Lawrence's adaptation of Sara Gruen's best-selling novel about a veterinary student (Robert Pattinson) who joins a Depression-era traveling circus and falls for the star performer (Reese Witherspoon). A month later, the international trailer has been released online, offering more shots of a brooding Pattinson and the conflict that arises with Christoph Waltz, who plays Witherspoon's husband.

One thing's clear: Robert Pattinson knows how to play to fans. The same can be said for Stewart Shining, the Italian Vogue photographer responsible for tweeting this black-and-white outtake from a recent photoshoot. The image of Pattinson next to a chalkboard reading "Why not?" — Shining's resolution for 2011 — is heating up the web, even prompting this from OK! Magazine.
JUST when we had decided it would be our New Year's Resolution not to perv on Robert Pattinson so much – the Twilight Saga hunk has gone and put us back into a whirl of R-Pattz lust once again.

Based on Sara Gruen's best-selling novel about a veterinary student who joins a Depression-era traveling circus, Water for Elephants is more commonly known to Twilight fans as "the movie Robert Pattinson is in before The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1."

Reese Witherspoon, out trying to do promotional interviews for this month's How Do You Know, keeps getting peppered with questions about Robert Pattinson. While it wouldn't surprise us to see this question randomly thrown at every starlet these days, there is logic at play. Witherspoon stars alongside the Twilight heartthrob in the upcoming Water for Elephants.
