The first trailer for Canadian filmmaker Carl Bessai’s (Cole) latest movie, Repeaters, is now online. Something like a cross between Groundhog Day and Trainspotting, this mind-bending thriller tells the story of three young addicts in a rehabilitation center — played by Dustin Milligan, Amanda Crew, and Richard de Klerk — who find themselves repeating the same day over and over again, each responding to the situation in very different, often violent, ways. The movie will debut next week at the 35th Annual Toronto International Film Festival. It does not yet have a U.S. release date.
