Sometimes it's a good idea to leave something to the imagination. Other times it's better just to wear skin-tight latex.
This year saw a prodigious amount of characters wearing skin-tight outfits. From super heroes to super strippers, we’re turning to voters to decide which super form fitting costume was the best. Cast your vote for Best Skin-Tight Costume >> Posted 12.21.12 by Mandy

Earlier this week, Sony Screen Gems released the official synopsis for Resident Evil: Retribution, while also temporarily retitling the sequel to the awkward Re5ident Evil: Retribution before coming to their senses. Still, with a synopsis online, fans are wondering why a trailer is still nowhere to be found. Leave the answer to franchise star Milla Jovovich, who alerted fans on her Twitter that a trailer should arrive next week.

Sony Screen Gems has peppered audiences with promotional materials for Underworld: Awakening of late, recently revealing the upcoming sequel's first preview clip, and TV spots. Now, another preview has arrived online to get fans excited about the fourth installment in the Vampire vs. Lycan franchise.
Of course, fans of the series are happy to see that Underworld: Awakening has brought back Kate Beckinsale as the leather-clad vampire Selene after skipping out on 2009's prequel Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. So, with a promotional campaign focused solely on her return and directors Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein also admitting that Awakening's ending "is totally leaving the door open for a future," it would seem that plenty is expected of Beckinsale's Selene. During an interview with Collider, the actress was asked if she would return for a fifth installment. read beckinsale's comments and watch the clip >> Posted 01.09.12 by Ryan
Yesterday we commented on how hard Sony Screen Gems was promoting of Underworld: Awakening after the release of the movie's first preview clip, and, already, another preview clip and three TV spots are online.
The fourth installment in the Underworld franchise finds Kate Beckinsale back as the leather-clad vampire Selene after spending 12 years in a coma. Beckinsale skipped the 2009 prequel Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, but the actress' return to the franchise was essential to Awakening directors Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein, as Mårlind explained in a recent interview with Shock Till You Drop.

Say you have a favorite band and there’s a new album coming out. You want it to sound the same, because you like them, but if they sound too much the same, you’ll think they’re boring. It’s the same thing here. We still want people to recognize what they like, because they came to see an Underworld movie, but here we’ve got Kate back. Kate is Underworld. That was one of the things we felt was important, so everything else we could play around with. We changed the classical Gothic style, the Eastern European feel, to something neo-gothic because we have the element of "man" involved this time. We put many more creatures in here; we needed to show a different kind of Lycans. One of the things we worked the hardest on is delivering hard-hitting action.
With time running out before Underworld: Awakening opens later this month, Sony Screen Gems is doing everything possible to get the word out about the fourth installment in the Underworld franchise, releasing the first preview clip from the upcoming sequel.
Awakening marks Kate Beckinsale's return as the leather-clad vampire Selene (now replete with leather duster), explaining her absence from the franchise by putting Selene in a 12 year coma — it's only been six years since Beckinsale appeared in 2006's Underworld: Evolution, but perhaps one of our years is two in "the underworld"? She then has a rude awakening (ahem) that her Vampire-Lycan hybrid daughter (India Eisley) is being used as a pawn in the war between vampires and lycans, a war that now includes humans (and many, many guns). watch the clip >> Posted 01.06.12 by Ryan
A new poster has been revealed for LAIKA's upcoming stop-motion animated, 3-D movie, ParaNorman. Much like the recently released UK trailer, the new poster is focused on revealing ParaNorman's undead, but, not to worry moms and dads, this isn't your typical zombie movie.
When a small Massachusetts town falls under siege from the undead because of a centuries-old curse, young local boy Norman (voiced by Let Me In's Kodi Smit-McPhee) is called upon to save the town, since he is able to talk to the dead. For those that think ParaNorman reminds them of 2009's Coraline, it's no coincidence since animation studio LAIKA worked on both movies.
ParaNorman was directed by The Tale of Despereaux's Sam Fell and Chris Butler (storyboard supervisor on Coraline) from a script by Butler. The voice cast includes Casey Affleck, John Goodman, Tempestt Bledsoe, Jeff Garlin and Leslie Mann. see the full posters >> Posted 12.30.11 by Ryan
With the end of 2011 coming in just a few days, studios are unloading new photos for their upcoming 2012 slate in an attempt to entice viewers who aren't yet winded by the holiday movie onslaught.
Not opening until June is Warner Brothers' Jack the Giant Killer, which is a riff on the Jack and the Beanstalk tale and follows a young farmhand named Jack (X-Men:First Class' Nicholas Hoult) who opens up a door to another world and must save a princess (Alice in Wonderland's Eleanor Tomlinson) and destroy the giants he has unwittingly unleashed. The new photo, which shows Jack climbing the bean stalk into the other world, is only a screenshot from the recently-released first trailer, but the synopsis below is new.

Unleashed on the Earth for the first time in centuries, the giants strive to reclaim the land they once lost, forcing the young man, Jack, into the battle of his life to stop them. Fighting for a kingdom, its people, and the love of a brave princess, he comes face to face with the unstoppable warriors he thought only existed in legend—and gets the chance to become a legend himself.
