A new TV spot for director D.J. Caruso's (Disturbia) upcoming sci-fi movie, I Am Number Four, recently aired and it can now be viewed online. Written by Alfred Gough, Miles Millar and Marti Noxon, I Am Number Four is an adaptation of the book of the same name by Pittacus Lore (the pseudonym of writers James Frey and Jobie Hughes), the first in a planned six-book series.
Alex Pettyfer stars as Number Four, one of nine alien refugees from the planet Lorien who flee to Earth to escape the evil aliens known as the Mogadorians. Taking the name "John Smith," Number Four tries to blend in as a normal high school student. But, when three Loriens are bumped off by the Mogs, Number Four is next on the list and he must learn to use his emerging powers or "Legacies" if he has any hope of surviving.

The first trailer for Dreamworks' I Am Number Four debuted last month, quickly followed by an extended version. The movie follows Alex Pettyfer as the fourth of nine alien refugees who are hiding on Earth from their home plant's enemies. The latest trailer is an extended TV spot, which again sees Number Four team up with his guardian, Henri (Timothy Olyphant), and Number Six (Teresa Palmer) to fight off the alien race known as the Mogadorians.

The first full-length theatrical trailer for I Am Number Four, director D.J. With the help of his guardian, Henri (Timothy Olyphant), and Number Six (Teresa Palmer), Number Four learns to use his new powers or "Legacies" and decides to take the fight to the Mogs.

After releasing a teaser trailer in September, DreamWorks has released the first theatrical trailer for their upcoming sci-fi action movie I Am Number Four. Based on the first of a planned series of young-adult books by Pittacus Lore—the nom de plume of writers James Frey (the faux-memoir A Million Little Pieces) and Jobie Hughes—I Am Number Four follows an alien refugee (Alex Pettyfer) hiding in a small Ohio town from the enemies of his home planet who are out to kill him.
Directed by D.J. Caruso and produced by Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay, I Am Number Four opens on February 18, 2011. Teresa Palmer, Dianna Agron and Timothy Olyphant co-star.
