Everything Must Go isn't Will Ferrell's first foray into drama — the comedic actor has done several, the most successful of which was 2006's Stranger Than Fiction — but this may be the most, uh, dramatic.
Fist-time director Dan Rush adapted the movie from the short story "Why Don't You Dance?" by Raymond Carver, whose stories were previously used to create Robert Altman's 1993 ensemble drama Short Cuts. The story revolves around Ferrell as an alcoholic who loses his job and his marriage in the same day and decides to have a lawn sale of his possessions. Watch the trailer >> Posted 04.01.11 by Ryan
