A struggling attorney (Paul Giamatti) becomes the guardian of an elderly client.
Win Win premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival and won great reviews with HitFix calling it "entertaining" and THR said the comedy-drama "delivers on the promise of its title."
Directed by Thomas McCarthy (The Station Agent, The Visitor), Win Win follows Paul Giamatti (Sideways) as a lawyer and high school wrestling coach who ends up as the guardian of an elderly man with dementia, whose grandson (Alex Shaffer) is a star wrestler. Or, as Giamatti described it to MTV, Win Win is a "very lovely comedic film about a man who cuts a moral corner in his life and then all the reverberations that come from that, positive and negative."
Shades of Giamatti's comments are on display in the recently released preview clip, which sees Giamatti discuss Shaffer's wrestling ability to his divorced pal Bobby Cannavale.
