With the holidays right around the corner, it's no surprise there are plenty of rom-coms to ring in the new year — a major one being the heavily celebrity-saturated, New Year's Eve. With big names such as Ashton Kutcher, Katherine Heigl, Zac Efron, Sarah Jessica Parker and Josh Duhamel (just to name a few), what's not to like? Apparently, a lot.
