This morning the Screen Actor's Guild announced its nominations for outstanding performances in five movie and eight primetime television categories, and Maggie Smith was the most nominated actor with a total of four nods. The 77-year-old actress was nominated for her work playing the Dowager Countess in Downton Abbey as well as for her work in a supporting role in The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, and she was also nominated as a member of the ensembles of both projects. The most nominated movies were Lincoln and Silver Linings Playbook, both of which garnered four noms each.
