The opening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is less than a month away, and more new images from the set are coming to light. Architectural Digest interviewed Stuart Craig who has been the production designer for all eight Harry Potter movies. He gives some great insights to the design of Hogwarts (a retrospective in Gothic architecture), Shell Cottage (more practical than whimsical), and the changes in movie-making technology over the past ten years (animatronic sculptures to CGI). The article also features a gallery that takes a look at familiar sets like Dumbledore's office, never before seen images, like the bank vaults at Gringotts, and a new pic of the creepy, anemic, albino dragon.
In addition to these new pics, we leave you with the newest TV spot released on the Harry Potter Facebook page earlier this week. While it is nowhere near as epic as the final theatrical trailer, it does reveal a couple of new shots, and, of course, more albino dragon. watch the new TV spot >> Posted 06.22.11 by Mandy
