We've learned that some of the Toy Story characters will be returning in one of Pixar's famous short films, which will be shown in front of Cars 2 when it's released on June 24th, 2011. Disney has just released the second teaser trailer for Pixar's Toy Story 3 on MySpace. The first teaser didn't give any clues about the plot of the movie, but a subsequent "first look" feature was released that revealed the toys' owner, Andy, was going off to college and only keeping his favorite toy, Woody. In this new teaser, we meet a whole new cast of toys as Andy's mother donates Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang to the Sunnyside Daycare. But, things are not as "sunny" at Sunnyside as they first appear, and soon the toys are in jeopardy once again. Posted 02.12.10 by BrentJS
Disney has released a new "first look" clip for the still-in-production Toy Story 3 with an introduction from director Lee Unkrich. In the clip, we learn that Andy is heading off to college and his mother wants him to either get rid of his toys or store them in the attic. Of course, this news sends the toys into a panic, especially when Andy decides to save Woody, but not Buzz Lightyear or the rest of the crew.

Empire Online reports that Michael Keaton will lend his voice talents to Toy Story 3 as Barbie's boyfriend Ken.
The movie's director, Lee Unkrich, made the announcement:
Barbie is back, and this time she plays a bigger role. So naturally we had to bring in her companion Ken this time. And we can announce today that he's voiced by Michael Keaton. He worked with us on Cars, where he voiced the bad guy, and he was a blast to work with so we invited him back as Ken.
Toy Story 3 has a release date of June 18, 2010 and features much of the cast from the other two movies as well as some new additions. Already on board are Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Don Rickles, and Wallace Shawn, among others. Posted 07.26.09 by reelz
