It’s St. Patrick’s day, and that means a celebration of all things Irish. So let's celebrate Reelz’ very own Irish star Stuart Townsend by revealing a few reasons why we love him, and why you should too. Let’s get the obvious out of the way first.
• He’s Irish – and that means Irish accent, and who doesn't love an Irish accent?.
• He’s easy on the eyes – even when he’s scraggly and unshaven.
• He’s the star and title character of XIII. Townsend plays an American who finds out he’s Irish, and with a special twist for season two, more layers of Irish/American/Irish are added creating a sort of Irishman Inception. a brand new puzzle

In last week's episode of XIII, the spy with no name (Stuart Townsend) jumped on to a train (literally) that was headed from Toronto to Montreal. But wasn't he just robbing a bank in Moscow? How did he end up train hopping in Canada?
While in Moscow, Giordino managed to evade XIII and Jones (Aisha Tyler), but not before they found out he would head to Toronto next. The pair follows his phone to a Montreal-bound train, and, as seen in the clip, they could only devise one possible scheme to get XIII aboard. The duo also expects that Giordino will soon lead them to the ever elusive Gerhardt (Tom Berenger). For anyone who missed XIII's railroad adventure last week, it airs again tonight at 12a ET/ 9p PT.see a whole new side of xiii in season 2

When he finds himself framed, XIII realizes that he is being manipulated but has no idea why or by whom. Soon XIII finds himself involved in an international conspiracy that threatens to unleash a new weapon. In XIII episode three, Stuart Townsend's character was in a Venezuelan prison trying to talk to the man who might have been his CIA handler. That encounter led to Agent Jones uncovering a guy from XIII's past named Seamus who, no surprise here, was from Ireland. While in Ireland, an angry, jealous arms dealer hinted that Seamus was dead and in his family's tomb, and XIII inevitably headed over to the crypt to see if the story was true.
See, it totally makes sense that XIII went from a Venezuelan prison to an Irish crypt. Don't forget to watch episode five "Bitterroot" tomorrow, Friday February 1st to see how XIII fares in a mercenary training camp in Montanta. Wait... What?see where xiii's search takes him
