"Adult supervision is required."
Not since July's extended TV spot have we seen new footage from Quentin Tarantino's upcoming "Southern" Django Unchained, but a new trailer has arrived online and we couldn't be happier about it.
The first half plays like the other trailers that have arrived so far, showing the partnership between freed slave Django (Jamie Foxx) and German bounty hunter King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), as they work on their respective missions of vengeance. Schultz is looking to bring down the hood-wearing Brittle Brothers, while Django is looking to free his wife (Kerry Washington) from the villainous slave owner Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio). The second half is where more new footage arrives, with more footage of Django, who reveals he's getting "dirty" to take care of his business, and more of DiCaprio, who's Candie is the kind of charming villain audiences will love to hate, perhaps not unlike Waltz's Hans Landa from Inglourious Basterds. There's also more of Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Candie's loyal house slave Stephen, and warns Candie of the dubious intentions of Schultz and Django, while the very first footage of Jonah Hill is also revealed (surprise, his role looks comedic). the latest trailers, unchained
