More like The Second to Last Exorcism.
Those that saw The Last Exorcism, Lionsgate's 2010 faux-documentary horror movie, know that the ending didn't easily set up for a sequel, but earning $67 million worldwide on a budget of $1.8 million was too much of an incentive for Lionsgate, who announced that screenwriter Damien Chazelle (Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench) would write the sequel last August (Andrew Gurland and Huck Botko (The Virginity Hit) wrote the original). The studio clearly liked what Chazelle wrote since the latest announcement includes a director.
