Another batch of clips were released for The Hangover, the bachelor-party-gone-terribly-wrong comedy. Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, and Bradley Cooper continue their search for a their lost friend, this time at a hospital where the doctors multi-task:
Here, the gang comes across a Phil Collins-loving Mike Tyson -- a scene strongly featured in the trailer:
And finally, Cooper, Galifianakis, and Helms find themselves the owners of an interesting new vehicle: Posted 05.20.09 by Ryan
So maybe Bradley Cooper won't be playing Green Lantern, but he still has been cast in an iconic role -- Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck in the A-Team remake.
IESB asked Cooper about the part and, judging from his reaction, surprised him:
That's out already!? Wow. Yeah...its Joe Carnahan's [movie]. It's very interesting. It'll be cool. It will be cool see what.... He'll make a great movie out of it.
Cooper is the second member of the A-Team to be revealed, with Common rumored to be up for the part of B.A. Barracus. Carnahan is working on a rewrite of the script, and will also direct. Posted 05.19.09 by Ryan
Several names have been mentioned to play DC's emerald hero, most recently Sam Worthington (again).
But apparently there's one name to cross off the list: Bradley Cooper. While not directly quoting the actor, LatinoReview reports that Cooper revealed he had not auditioned for Green Lantern and that all speculation was Internet rumors.

A couple new clips from the upcoming comedy The Hangover -- which follows three friends who must piece together a wild, Las Vegas stag party they can't remember and find the bachelor before the wedding -- arrived online. The first clip finds the bachelor (Justin Bartha) in happier times as his father-in-law (Jeffrey Tambor) lets him borrow a prized automobile:
In the second clip, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Zach Galifianakis talk to Heather Graham to see if she can help them find Bartha: Posted 05.19.09 by Ryan
Warner Bros. has decided to delay two upcoming movies, moving possible superhero franchise Green Lantern to June 17, 2011, while Zack Snyder's Watchmen follow-up, Sucker Punch, has been moved from October 2010 to March 25, 2011. The change for Sucker Punch may have come from the recent cast changes, but Green Lantern is now poised to compete with Marvel's big summer, opening a month after Thor and Spider-Man 4, but a month before First Avenger: Captain America.
Clearly, Warner Bros. is feeling confident about Green Lantern, and perhaps they wanted to give director Martin Campbell more time to cast the lead role. With rumors of Bradley Cooper surfacing, Latino Review reports that Shawn Roberts has "auditioned several times" for the part. Roberts just wrapped Campbell's Edge of Darkness, but it may be long-rumored choice Sam Worthington, who has not only Terminator Salvation and Avatar opening this year, but Clash of the Titans in 2010, that Campbell may be holding out for. Worthington told Moviehole:
I've been talking to Martin Campbell about [Green Lantern]. It's one of those things where they're still doing the script. I said, "Give me a script. Let me have a look at it." I like Martin a lot. I met him on the Bond stuff, and I like his work, but the second step is, "Is it a movie that I'd go and see?"
Moving Green Lantern to 2011 sure gives Worthington some time to think about it. Posted 05.11.09 by Ryan
The upcoming bachelor party comedy The Hangover, starring possible Green Lantern Bradley Cooper along with Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms, has a new, unrated trailer. Directed by Old School director Todd Phillips, this may be the out-of-control Vegas bachelor party movie to end to end all out-of-control Vegas bachelor party movies. It also sets the bar for all other summer comedies: Can you beat Mike Tyson feeling some Phil Collins? You'd better try. Posted 05.08.09 by Ryan
Chris Pine and Sam Worthington have something in common other than their respective movies Star Trek and Terminator Salvation opening in May: they have both been mentioned as possible candidates for the lead role in Green Lantern. While no final decision has been made yet, HitFix reports that Bradley Cooper (Wedding Crashers) is a strong contender to wear the green power ring and is pretty close to landing the coveted role.
While some fans may question the choice of the relatively unknown Cooper for a $150 million budgeted blockbuster movie, Cooper may rocket to stardom if his upcoming The Hangover succeeds at the box office this summer. Posted 05.06.09 by Ryan

Renee Zellweger has signed on to star in Appaloosa, a Western drama that will be directed by Ed Harris (A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13). The movie is about "a pair of friends hired to protect a lawless town suffering at the hands of a renegade rancher," says Variety.com.
Harris, who will also be starring in the movie, adapted the script with Robert Knott (with whom he worked in Pollock) from the 2006 novel by Robert B. Parker. Harris will also be re-uniting with his A History of Violence co-star Viggo Mortensen, who also toplines the film which will start filming in New Mexico in October.
And according to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Connelly (Blood Diamond), Kevin Connolly (Entourage), Bradley Cooper (Wedding Crashers), Justin Long (Live Free or Die Hard) and Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love) are all close to closing casting deals in Ken Kwapis's (License to Wed) film adaptation of He's Just Not That Into You.
As we reported in June, Drew Barrymore will be producing and starring in the movie, based on the book by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo.
And finally, MTV.com is reporting that actress Rosario Dawson (Grindhouse, Sin City 2) won't be in Kevin Smith's Zack and Miri Make a Porno after all. Although Smith wrote the role of Miri with Dawson in mind, it appears she is too busy with her other projects (most notably Eagle Eye, which will be directed by D.J. Caruso) to fit it into her schedule. We wonder if Smith will delay shootnig Zack and Miri to get his muse? Posted 08.07.07 by reelz
