At the premiere for this week's I Don't Know How She Does It, Greg Kinnear took some time out to talk about the The Kennedys winning three Emmy so far and what those awards mean to everyone who "worked really hard" on the series, which almost didn't make it to broadcast TV when the History Channel decided not to air it.

Director George Ratliff's adaptation of Salvation Boulevard was a reported crowd favorite when it debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January. IFC Pictures and Sony soon picked up the movie's distribution rights and have finally released a trailer for the movie.
Based on the novel by Larry Beinhart (Wag the Dog), Salvation Boulevard stars a high profile cast that includes Pierce Brosnan, Jennifer Connelly, Greg Kinnear and Ed Harris. A religious satire, Salvation Boulevard comes at a time when the proposed Rapture has been moved to October 21, so the July release date allows the movie to arrive with more than enough time before the (rescheduled) end. watch the trailer >> Posted 05.24.11 by Ryan

It was a huge night for ReelzChannel and The Kennedys.
1.9 million people watched the world premiere of the The Kennedys, a record for ReelzChannel. The Kennedys received a 2.5 gross household coverage area rating. For comparison, the popular Mad Men had 2.3 million viewers for its season three finale.
Acquiring The Kennedys after The History Channel opted to not air the eight-part movie proved to be a successful risk for ReelzChannel and CEO Stan E. Hubbard.
Viewers across America showed their ongoing fascination with the Kennedy family and, specifically, their desire to see such a star-studded cast in the highly-anticipated The Kennedys. In acquiring The Kennedys, our aim was to give viewers an opportunity to watch an incredible movie event with massive star power and to also put a spotlight on our network like never before. Viewers proved they could find our relatively new and independent network and when they did, Greg, Barry, Katie and Tom delivered! Watch encore showing tonight >> Posted 04.04.11 by reelz
Greg Kinnear and Barry Pepper play the iconic brothers Bobby and Jack Kennedy in The Kennedys, premiering tonight on ReelzChannel. But it was almost two performances that audiences almost did not see.
Kinnear and Pepper both opened up about the prospect of their performances almost not getting seen after The History Channel decided not the air the in the eight-part movie. Kinnear talked to EW about what he knew about the reasons behind the controversy.
I was surprised of course but over time I read the same stuff everybody else had. I had confidence it would find a home. Honestly, not to sound glib, I’m not sure that I cared. At this point, it’s after the fact. Even if someone tells me, that would be one’s person’s version and I’m sure there are many versions. It happened. Life moves on. what pepper had to say about ReelzChannel >> Posted 04.03.11 by reelz
