An exclusive, never-before-seen clip from the 8-part movie event The Kennedys has just been released. The clip features Joe Kennedy Sr. (played by Tom Wilkinson) shortly after he has been named ambassador to Great Britain. Our first Facebook movie game, ClusterFlick, plays off that old "six degrees of separation" theory — you know, the one that has a certain Kevin at the center of the Hollywood universe. It's easy to play, but not so easy to win. The goal is to use the major cast of movies to get from Point A to Point B in the smallest number of moves.
Today's Challenge: The highly anticipated movie event The Kennedys premieres Sunday, April 3, on ReelzChannel. Can you link Jackie (Katie Holmes) with JFK (Greg Kinnear) NOT using The Kennedys?

Jeremy Piven has dropped out of Igor, The Weinstein Company's animated monster movie about a hunchbacked lab assistant who plots to win the annual Evil Science Fair.
He was to join John Cusack, Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Jennifer Coolidge, Arsenio Hall, Jay Leno, Molly Shannon and Sean Hayes, all of whom are lending their voices to the project. In his place, hysterical British transvestite comic Eddie Izzard (My Super Ex-Girlfriend, The Riches) will be taking over the role of Igor's nemesis, the mad scientist Schaudenfreude, and we can't think of a better choice.
Dermot Mulroney (My Best Friend's Wedding, Georgia Rule) will be joining Greg Kinnear in Flash of Genius, a drama about a man whose invention of the intermittent windshield wiper was stolen by the Detroit automakers. The movie, which is currently filming in Toronto, is the feature writing/directing debut of producer Marc Abraham (The Family Man, Children of Men).
Another casting score for The Incredible Hulk: talented character actor Tim Blake Nelson (O Brother, Where Art Thou?, The Good Girl) will play Hulk antagonist Samuel Sterns, aka The Leader.
...And sultry Gael Garcia Bernal will be starring in Pedro Paramo, a Spanish film adapted from Juan Rulfo's landmark 1955 Latin American novel about a journey to a dustbowl ghost village. It will be directed by Mateo Gil (Vanilla Sky) and have art and makeup direction from the same team that won Oscars for Pan's Labyrinth.

Actress Téa Leoni (Spanglish, The Family Man) has signed on to star in Ghost Town, an upcoming romantic comedy that will co-star Ricky Gervais (Extras, Night at the Museum) and Greg Kinnear (As Good as it Gets, Little Miss Sunshine), says Variety.
Ghost Town is written and directed by David Koepp (Secret Window, Spider Man). In it, Gervais will play a "misanthropic dentist" who dies and then is revived while receiving a colonoscopy.
Afterwards, he has the power to see dead people--namely a ghost (in the form of Greg Kinnear) who wants Gervais to break up the impending marriage of his widow (Leoni).
Sounds like Ghost Town has the makings of a very funny movie. Do you think there is any way we can pre-order our opening night tickets now? Seriously. We're asking. Posted 06.10.07 by reelz
