Like Charlie's Angels, but dangerous!
Even though the The Expendables 2 was a bit redundant and perhaps too self-aware at times, it was still an entertaining action movie with all-star cast appeal. A sequel is already in development, with Wesley Snipes, Nicolas Cage, Harrison Ford and Clint Eastwood all being courted to join the cast. Noticeably absent from that list are the names of any female action movie stars. We say, if the gimmick of the franchise is surprising new cast additions, why not push it further than bringing in Indy by bringing in Ripley or The Bride.
Or, better yet, how about a stand-alone movie with an all-female cast of female action heroes from yesterday and today? Just think of the possibilities!
Imagine a revenge movie written and directed by Quentin Tarantino about an all-female super-spy team run by Sigourney Weaver, with members that include: Uma Thurman as the knife expert; Gina Carano as the pugilist/demolitions expert; Jada Pinkett Smith as the animal/gun expert; Kate Beckinsale as the poison expert/seductress; Chloë Moretz as the trainee (Fox Force Five!). But, enough about our fantasy she-woman action movie. We want to know what you think: Which female action movie stars of yesterday and today do you think could make the line-up in an all-female Expendables-style movie?

Six years ago, Alex the Lion (voiced by Ben Stiller), Marty the Zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the Hippopotamus (Jada Pinkett Smith), and Melman the Giraffe (David Schwimmer) were safely on their way from the Central Park Zoo to a wildlife preserve in Kenya when a botched penguin hijacking found them washed up on the shores of an island off the coast of Africa in Madagascar.
In the sequel, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, the gang decided that it was time that they return to New York City, but their plane crash-landed in the heart of Africa and, of course, trouble ensued. Now, everyone's favorite animal entourage returns in their first 3D adventure, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, in which they once again try to return to their home at the Central Park Zoo only to end up getting stranded in Europe, hooked up with a traveling circus and pursued by the police (led by Frances McDormand). watch the teaser trailer >> Posted 12.10.11 by BrentJS

In the past 10 years, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have created what is arguably the biggest family powerhouse in Hollywood — with Will being the biggest movie star on the planet, Jada making her mark in both television and movies, and kids Jaden and Willow finding tremendous success on the big screen and in the music scene (Will has another son, Trey, from a previous marriage). But, according to In Touch Weekly, the dynasty is at risk.
The tabloid reports that after 13 years of marriage, Will and Jada are separating. Will was reportedly in Miami over the weekend without Jada. Though before we cry over our Getting Jiggy with It albums, the couple's publicists haven't commented on the news. In fact, when TMZ got in touch with Jada'a rep, the reported breakup was news to her. And then there's this quotable quote from Pinkett-Smith's 2009 interview with Ebony.
When Will asked me to get married, I said, "Understand this, there will be no divorce. So, you might be in one bedroom and I might be in another, but we’re gonna be under the same roof and we're gonna be married." Posted 08.23.11 by Chris
