The nominations for the 2012 People's Choice Awards were announced yesterday and it's clear there are some fan favorites. After being snubbed at the Emmys, Lea Michele finally gets the recognition she deserves for her work on Glee. The series snagged a total of 7 noms, including Michele's nod for best "TV Comedy Actress," which has her competing against gleeful co-star Jane Lynch.

Unlike some Oscar-winners, actress and singer Jennifer Hudson has been very selective about which roles to take after her Academy Award–winning role in Dreamgirls, with only a handful of movies to her credit since. Looks like Hudson is choosing to have some fun with her latest role.
Deadline reports that Hudson has been cast in writer-directors Peter and Bobby Farrelly's upcoming remake of The Three Stooges as Sister Rosemary.
