Depending on who you ask, Dominic Greene, Mathieu Amalric's water-coveting villain in the new James Bond flick Quantum of Solace, is modeled after either Vice President Dick Cheney, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, or former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Whatever the case, if Greene is serious about besting the great 007, he might want to have a look at The Top 10 Worst-Laid Plans of Bond Villains and study the mistakes of his predecessors, lest he share the same fate as Le Chiffre (the bleeding-eye guy in Casino Royale.)
