    Mark Allen

    Mark S. Allen is a two-time Emmy winner who, along with his longtime best friend, writer-director Joe Carnahan (A-Team, Narc, Smoking Aces), shot the original pilot for Mark At The Movies. The original emphasis was action movies, thus he has broken five bones, been knocked unconscious three times, and required no less than 150 stitches as a result of trying to duplicate (badly) stunts from their favorite movies.

    Mark got his start hosting the Dateless And Desperate segment on the nationally syndicated teen show Scratch opposite Lisa Ling, and went on to host (for two years) the Comedy Central, ACE Award–winning show Short Attention Span Theater, originated by John Stewart. He does a local daily show for CBS in California, and is proud to join the REELZCHANNEL lineup.
