  John Salley made the transition from star athlete to star of tv and movies. The 6’11” Brooklyn, NY native was a 1st round draft pick of the Detroit Pistons in 1986 and helped the team win a pair of NBA championships. He also won titles with the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers.
  
  Since retiring after the 2000 season, Salley has appeared in such movies as Bad Boys, Eddie and Confessions of a Shopaholic. He also hosted The Best Damn Sports Show Period on Fox Sports Network. Salley has also become a leading health and fitness guru.
  
  Now Salley is the host of Reelz Channel’s Game On! With John Salley. He gets up close and personal with celebrities, athletes, politicians, musicians and newsmakers for an edgy and totally unpredictable approach to conversational television.
